The European Union’s Digital Services Act (DSA) aims to harmonize national laws in the European Union to address illegal content, transparent advertising and disinformation.
Non-compliance with the rules of the EU Digital Services Act could result in fines up to 6% of the annual worldwide turnover of a provider or a ban to operate in the EU single market in case serious breaches are repeated.
